The Heritage List was established in 2023 in order to record items of historic interest around Eastbourne that were not subject to formal listing by Heritage England. Since that time a small team of volunteers have collated and photographed over 450 items which range from buildings to drain covers. The team have recorded and, in some cases, restored items such as stink-pipes, licence stand plates and streetlights. Find out more and how you can help preserve Eastbourne’s heritage.
